Welcome to Homemade and Healthy!

It’s the year 2011 and the grocery stores are filled with canned soups, meals in-a-box, pre-sliced breads, pasta sauces with sugar and msg, and much more.  Most have tons of preservatives and unpronounceable ingredients.  Most also lack flavor, nutrition, and quality.  At “Homemade and Healthy” you will find ways to manage your grocery shopping without spending a bundle, create wholesome meals, and feel great while doing it.

But being healthy doesn’t stop at eating.  At “Homemade and Healthy” you will also find excellent, creative craft ideas for you and your family.  Expect to see classics such as “Homemade Play-Dough” and folk art twists on children’s playthings, such as “Felted Fruit”.  Be sure to check back at least once a week for fresh ideas!
